I recently stayed at a hotel in a picturesque mountain setting, just a short walk away from the charming old part of the town. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with ample hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Plus, the hotel offers basic amenities like wifi and a delicious breakfast included in the stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are worse Hotels but are better for the cost.

Food was terrible; do NOT book an all inclusive stay we were lucky and only ate once there on the first night as we were very tired after long drive. Amenities are limited and it took forever to get hot water (then only warm) from the taps.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

All staff were warm, friendly and professional and clearly wanted your stay to be the best they could provide. All rooms very clean and well presented and well heated (we had to turn down the heating in our bedroom). Complimentary soap/shower gel a nice touch. Free outside parking. Would recommend a visit to the Ordino sports centre very close- by where there is a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and full size pool for 6€ per person.

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape in this picturesque and quiet village of Andorra! the hotel has a great value for money, and the clean and comfortable rooms made our stay very pleasant. the breakfast had a variety of options and everything was freshly prepared. we loved that we were surrounded by mountains and could go on beautiful walks.

The room didn't have air conditioning or even a fan, which made it difficult to sleep during the hot summer nights. we found it a bit challenging to communicate with the staff, as they didn't speak our language, but we managed to find a way to understand each other.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing the city center and nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the free parking and the complimentary breakfast each morning.

Our room had a few small issues that could have been improved, such as outdated decor and limited lighting. Although we were able to sleep soundly, some noise from the nearby road could have been a problem for light sleepers.
